requiem gold which if our players have then we do not worry about how to make weapons in Requiem, but some new players have not much gold and they could not afford the expensive weapons and equipment. OK, here I would share my experience of How to make weapon for everyone, hope it is useful for you. Some one does not really know how to make some weapons more effective in the game. At level10 it was fine to use level 5 weapon but now we were level 19 and still using level l5 one ? When we grinding level 15 to 18 mob like 2 hours and no level10 items? Did we miss something? And if there are no level 10 items can please someone tell me how I can make my level5 items more effective requiem lant? Cuz we really need more damage! Yes, the first ones are level 5 and next is level 25, and the first set is level 35, kherentium or Frezia from PvP and lamenting sound or cry from Ruins of Lament. continuing to do pretty well
--weight dropped suddenly, could be a lot of water, but I weighted 177.8 this morning. 'been trying to make vegetables the center stage in dinner lately, fixed a vegetable tortellini soup the other day and last night fixed up several broccoli salad type meals and stored them in the icebox. Last night had broccoli pasta chicken type salad with a vinaigrette that was very good. I am continuing to work out daily; right now these consist mainly of running 2 miles or doing a weight routine at home. I've been handling emotional stress lately by praying and catching myself when I'm doing any type of angry self-talk and saying "Stop, I'm tired of being angry." I am also accepting that it may take a couple of weeks to run its course and then I'll bounce back; but regardless, despite the anger I'm doing well. I haven't binged and I haven't purged. I've certainly engaged in some overeating here and there. I'm working on not being in such a hurry, enjoying my food and using... (more)
